At SalarFit, your satisfaction is our top priority. We back all of our plans with our “Get results—or your money back” guarantee.
🗓️ Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase if:

You followed the customized plan as instructed,

Completed the required check-ins or assessments,

Didn’t see measurable progress.
To qualify, we’ll need:

Proof of purchase,

Usage logs or screenshots showing plan participation,

A short explanation of your experience.
💡 Note: Refunds are only applicable if there was full engagement with the plan. Refunds will not be issued for lack of participation.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We cannot refund:

Plans purchased on sale or with promotional discounts,
-
Gift cards or credits,
-
Inactive users who didn’t follow the plan,
-
Fully accessed digital materials.

Need to switch up your plan? Just email us at salarfit.gh@gmail.com — we’ll modify your plan to fit your schedule, fitness level, or updated goals.
🔄 Subscription Terms
For 3- or 12-month plans:
Refunds only apply in the first 30 days. After that, cancellations stop future billing but do not trigger refunds.
